Lyndsey holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and brings over 13 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry, where she served as a Research Scientist and Lab Operations Manager. During that time, she was part of a multidisciplinary team focused on developing innovative treatments for rare diseases.

As Operations Manager at Cross Timbers, Lyndsey is the behind-the-scenes engine that helps keep everything running smoothly. She supports both clients and the team by coordinating day-to-day operations and keeping processes organized and efficient. She also leads marketing efforts and is always looking for ways to improve the client experience. Her analytical mindset and problem-solving skills help turn complexity into clarity for both the firm and the families it serves.

Outside of work, Lyndsey enjoys cheering on her daughters at volleyball, soccer, and dance. She also values time spent with family and friends—and relaxing at home with her two Australian Shepherds.
